The New Citystates?

This is an intersting, if angry essay on the How our country breaks down in terms of blue and red. I am going to hold off judgement on the article because I haven't read it all the way through, but while I think it has some good points, I'm too much of a bleeding heart to commit to such a radical urban agenda.
