Sorry for my absentia from the blog, I've been busy with campaign stuff and house renovations, not to mention the major storm that knocked out the DSL for a week. And did I mention my cold?

Ugh.

So, onward. Wanted to say I just read Lirael, second book in the Sabriel trilogy, and I want to thank Garth Nix for making his main character a librarian. In a very dangerous library I might add.. Lirael had a dagger as a standard issue part of her uniform!
